(aka broccoli raab, rapini)

Leafy greens with a slightly bitter flavor. Used in Italian cuisine.

NOT to be confused with broccolini, which is basically miniature broccoli.

To cook, I usually blanch for about a minute in salted water and then drain, and then saute with garlic in olive oil. Can add a squeeze of lemon and a little parmesan for extra flavor.
