Our selection of vegetables will vary throughout the season, since some crops thrive in the heat and others need cool temperatures to reach their peak flavor. We grow different varieties of most crops to extend the season that each is available–try our ten different lettuces to see how wide the range can be! Although the exact date that each crop ripens will vary from year to year as a result of our quirky New England weather patterns, here’s a general list of what you can expect. Check out our facebook page for updates on what’s available each week.
