Our farm stand offers cut flowers and seasonal fresh vegetables, grown on our property in Wilbraham using organic methods. No pesticides, no synthetic fertilizers, lots of compost and cover crops.
In November we will have a rotating variety of greens (salad mix, spinach, broccoli rabe, bok choy, arugula, baby kale, baby mustard greens), fresh herbs, carrots, beets, radishes, turnips, potatoes, onions, leeks, scallions, black futsu squash, and butternut squash. By the end of the month, we should have parsnips and fresh fennel, too. We will also have organic potatoes from Atlas Farm (Deerfield, MA) and sweet potatoes from Riverland Farm (Sunderland, MA) available.
The farm stand will be staffed from 10am to 2pm Saturdays.
Something new: when you place your order, you can now select “minimize packaging” when you check out and we will pack your order in a waxed produce box, without any plastic bags (except for the bagged salad mix/ baby kale/ arugula, which will still be in a bag). You can either take the box home with you, or transfer your veggies into your own reusable shopping bag—your choice. If you don’t select “minimize packaging” we will continue to pack as usual, at least for now.
You can pay by credit card at checkout or by cash, check, or SNAP/HIP at pick up (fresh produce and veggie/herb plants are HIP-eligible).
